A teacher-led writing practice tool. A teacher runs a lesson on the class screen, and students join on their devices with a PIN, read a short text, write a response, and get instant AI Glow & Grow feedback, then discuss and revise together in the same class period. Lessons line up with common reading curricula, and teachers get reports on misconceptions and who needs help. It is free for teachers with weekly sessions.
Our take: A sensible choice for classrooms that want more writing with quick feedback and a teacher in the loop; not a home product.

Watch for
- Test-score gains come from the company's own case studies

Data and privacy
Curipod says it does not use teacher or student data to train AI, its outside AI providers do not either, and it never uses student data for commercial purposes. Data is stored in the US, and under COPPA the school gives consent for students. Read the privacy policy.
Does it work?
Common Sense Media's 2025 risk assessment of AI teacher assistants, which included Curipod, rated the category moderate risk. Curipod's own case studies of state test data claim gains of up to 23 percentage points.
