DLTK's Crafts for Kids

By DLTK's Inc. (family-run, Canada). Visit DLTK's Crafts for Kids

Desk research from the maker's own pages. Not yet tried by us. Checked 2026-10-24.

A long-running family-run site of free crafts, coloring pages, printables and worksheets for young children. Sections cover the alphabet and numbers, animals, holidays, countries and cultures, Bible crafts, paper plate crafts, scissor skills, felt board printables, word searches and bingo dauber art. Parents or teachers print templates and follow simple steps with kids. The sister KidZone section adds educational worksheets.

Our take: A handy free printables source for parents of preschoolers who don't mind ads; families wanting an ad-free site should look elsewhere.

Checked in a browser

A browser check on 2026-10-25: what loads, the ads and trackers we saw, and what a child meets first. Not a hands-on test.

Child safety: 2 out of 5Google AdSense ads loaded, including a leaderboard ad slot, so ads not chosen for children are possible.
Data: 2 out of 52 ad hosts (Google's googlesyndication.com and doubleclick.net) loaded before consent, with Google Analytics and Cloudflare analytics.
Ease: 3 out of 5The phone view is cramped: two narrow columns of small red text links and small clip-art icons.
Cost honesty: 5 out of 5Free printables, with no upgrade or pay prompts seen.

What we found

  • Contacted 14 third-party sites, including googlesyndication.com and doubleclick.net.
  • 8 cookies set, one from doubleclick.net.
  • 3 ad frames loaded, including a 'DLTK_Leaderboard' Google ad slot.
  • Links out only to DLTK's own sister sites (coloring, holidays, Bible, teaching).

From the test: Long-running free crafts and printables for little kids, with Google ads on the page and a cramped phone layout.
