Steve Spangler Science

Warning: read this before you buy or sign up. Checked 2026-10-24.

A brand of hands-on science kits and toys, such as Insta-Snow, the Energy Stick and the Geyser Tube, long popular with teachers and parents. In 2026 its own web store closed: the site now says you can no longer check out there, customer accounts are gone, and products are sold through Really Good Stuff and Amazon. The site's club link now lands on that same home page, which is little more than a notice and FAQ. Steve Spangler himself runs teacher training separately.

Our take: Fine for buying a proven science kit through a retailer, but parents should not expect the club or online content the brand's site once offered.
