An app for making stop-motion films with toys, clay or paper. Kids set up a scene, snap a photo, move things a little, and snap again; the app plays the photos back as a movie. Onion-skin overlays show the last frame, and extras include green screen, drawing over video, titles and sound. Schools use it for short science and story projects. It stores work on the device.
Our take: One of the safest creative apps for kids of almost any age; skip only if your child wants drawn rather than photographed animation.
