Paprika Recipe Manager

By Hindsight Labs LLC. Visit Paprika Recipe Manager

Desk research from the maker's own pages. Not yet tried by us. Checked 2026-10-24.

A paid recipe organizer for the family cook. You save recipes from any website with its built-in browser, plan meals on a calendar, and get a grocery list that sorts by aisle and merges duplicates. While cooking it keeps the screen on, lets you cross off ingredients, and starts timers found in the steps. Cloud sync keeps everything matched across devices. Paprika 4, in open beta since September 2026, adds recipe scanning, family sharing with separate logins, and direct messaging between Paprika users.

Our take: A solid, ad-free planner for the parent who runs the family kitchen; not a kids' product, so children should use it only alongside a parent.
