Desk research from the maker's own pages. Not yet tried by us. Checked 2026-10-24.
School safety software from Qoria's Linewize brand that watches what students type and view on school accounts and devices and alerts staff to risks. It scans Google and Microsoft 365, documents, web chat and social media, flags signs of self-harm, suicide, bullying, violence, grooming, drugs, gangs and radicalization, and sends serious alerts to a human moderation team around the clock, who call the school for the worst. An add-on scans school drives for harmful images. Linewize also sells a web filter and parent tools.
Our take: If your district uses it, ask what is monitored, who sees alerts, and whether it runs at home on school devices; it's a school decision, not a family one.

Data and privacy
Qoria's privacy policy says monitoring can log apps used, keystrokes, networks and screen captures, and that it tries but cannot promise to avoid capturing unrelated personal data. It keeps safety data up to 15 months, does not market to students or target ads, and holds iKeepSafe COPPA, FERPA and California student privacy certifications. Read the privacy policy.
Does it work?
RAND's review of AI suicide-risk monitoring in K-12 schools calls the evidence preliminary and warns these tools can compromise student privacy and deepen inequalities. Linewize's counts of students helped are its own claims.
